iPad, the Missing Manual – a Primer for new iPad Owners
So you got a shiny new iPad, either as a present or you bought it yourself. You open the box and lo, there’s not much of an instruction manual! You might be able to discover how to use it by trial and error, or have visited an Apple store and talked to the Genius bar folks, but have some lingering questions about some pretty basic how-to-do-stuff. Here’s where we come in. Members can click the link after the jump to view and/or print our exclusive Primer for the iPad.
Without further ado, here’s a handy printable copy of our Primer, please click this link: iPadBasics_v1dot7.pdf (Adobe PDF)
The primer covers just about all the basics that you need to get setup and working with your iPad. Of course, it can’t cover everything, and isn’t meant to. Just the stuff you need most to get up and running.
October 2013 update: If you have iOS7, you can also visit the Apple website – they now have a new guidebook here: Apple’s iOS7/iPad Guidebook and it’s pretty comprehensive.
