Please give me as much information and detail as you can, thanks! I may need to contact you via email to get enough information to give you just the right answer. You’ll get your answer quickest if you provide me with more, rather than less details about your situation. Please include things like: what computer or device you are using (brand, model, type), what software program or app you’re using, what specific issues you are having, how long this has been going on and what if anything you changed or saw. It’s also helpful to include screenshots, an upload button is included below. If you have multiple components connected, please let me know what connection types you are using.

Answers to your questions will be posted in the Library. Please understand that since I am researching your question, answers aren’t instantaneous, although I’ll work hard to get your answer posted, often within a few days. If I’ve previously answered your question (for another reader), I’ll simply send you an email pointing you to the right place – easy as pie!
